Single debugging and line debugging acceptance mainly test whether the assembled mold can be smoothly installed on the processing equipment, whether the mold can be stable and produce parts that meet the standards, and at the same time, carefully check the quality of the product and whether there are obvious defects. In addition, the safety and unfavorable operating factors in production are eliminated so that the mold can operate stably to achieve the goal of mass production. It can also modify the parts that do not meet the size requirements according to the situation after the mold trial.

Plastic mold

Line batch verification and batch production verification mainly ensure that the mold can be stable and have no problems under normal production conditions, and continuously produce parts. Pauses and modifications to the mold in the middle should be recorded. The quality of stamping parts is required to be stable. When sampling and testing according to the production ratio, ensure that all parts are qualified in size, and the appearance quality and minor problems are within the allowable range.

General drawing molds also have hardness requirements. As long as they undergo specific quality inspections and are confirmed to be problem-free and meet the requirements, they will be accepted.
